1 teaspoon mix of jaggary, amla, or mix of turmeric, lemon, cinnamon honey
Use 2 drops of cold pressed sesame seed oil, or mustard oil, or coconut oil on both Nostrils when going out
Advisable to have 2 tulsi leaves, 2 cms ginger in mouth when out
Wash nostrils, Bath preferred
Triphala 1 teaspoon in luke warm water 1 hour after dinner
Extra care by Keeping teaspoon coriander seeds, 1 cardamon in water, Drink next morning
